Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Order processing may be delayed during high-volume sale periods, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed in such cases.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes within India.
  • Delivery availability is subject to courier partner serviceability in the customer’s location.
  • In rare cases where a pin code is not serviceable after order placement, the order may be cancelled and refunded as per our refund policy.

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
  • CEO Perfume is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment is handed over.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotional offers, or minimum order values, as communicated on the website.

Tracking Information

  • Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with the customer via SMS or WhatsApp.
  • Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to two or three times.
  • If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to origin.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled at the company’s discretion.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipments

  • For COD orders, customers must ensure availability at the delivery address.
  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in suspension of COD service for future orders.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video upon receiving the package.
  • Any issue related to damage, leakage, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Complaints raised without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of placing the order.
  • CEO Perfume is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Cash on Delivery is available on selected serviceable pin codes across India.
  • Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address to accept COD orders.
  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD services.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, CEO Perfume follows a strict return and refund policy.

Eligible Cases (Only the following):

  1. Incorrect product or fragrance received.
  2. Product received in damaged or leaked condition.
  3. Order marked as delivered but not received by the customer.

Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance preference after use.
  • Opened, used, or partially used products.
  • Minor outer packaging damage without product leakage.
  • Change of mind after successful delivery.

Mandatory Requirement:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.
  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.

Resolution Timeline:

  • Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are issued to the original mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Refusal of COD orders at the time of delivery may lead to account restrictions.

Product Usage and Safety Disclaimer

  • Perfumes are intended for external use only.
  • Avoid direct contact with eyes, broken skin, or sensitive areas.
  • A patch test is recommended prior to regular use.
  • Store the product away from direct sunlight, heat, and out of reach of children.
