1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong fragrance.
• You received a damaged perfume bottle (unboxing video is required).
• Your order was not delivered, but marked delivered by the courier.
  

2. Mandatory Proof for Refund

To process a refund, you must share:

• A clear unboxing video from the moment the parcel is sealed until it is fully opened.
  
• Video should clearly show the product condition and any damage (if applicable).
  

Once we receive the video, our team will check the issue and confirm if you are eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued directly to your bank account, GPay, Net Banking, or wallet.
  
• No questions asked, once the issue is verified.
  
• In some cases, refunds may take 2–3 working days due to courier company verification.
  

4. Exchange Policy

• If you received the correct product but want to change the fragrance, you can request an exchange, not a refund.
